March 2 – April 27, 2017
The beauty of God’s creations is the foundation for Jane’s images, which are composed so that a part of the landscape is isolated from the whole scene. She received her first camera at the age of 7, a gift from her dad. Nature and macro have always been favorites for her photography. The simplified images allow the details and/or graphic qualities such as color, shape, and line, to show the often hidden beauty. She hopes viewing these images gives a sense of wonder of God’s creation and a sense of serenity; an oasis in the midst of life.
Jane’s photographs have been shown and won awards in many galleries from California to the Saxton Gallery in Canton, Ohio. Please join us in welcoming Jane at a reception March 26, 2017 at 12:30 – 2 PM.
