Cynthia (Cindy) Vignos
Cynthia’s professional experience includes over 20 years of experience in non-profit marketing and graphic design. She is a certified teacher and chemical dependency counseling assistant.
Cynthia is passionate about community service, especially initiatives involving cultural diversity awareness and environmental issues.
Michael is a Licensed Massotherapist and Master Teacher Of Reiki. He has been teaching since 2003. Since 2012, Michael has been volunteering at Merging hearts, leading the monthly Drum Circle, assisting with Reiki Circle and the weekly Monday Night Meditations.
His passion for healing and bringing harmony to the community matches the vision of Merging Hearts to become a world class holistic center.
Mark, a gardner since 1984 help found Restoration Station in Massillon. He owns Get Rid of It and is a landscaper by trade. Mark coordinates the weekly Book Club. He is a seeker of knowledge and has a passion for taking care of Mother Earth.
By Law Change Objectives:
- Provide ability of Board to appoint a Board member to fill vacancy in office of President. Currently the Board VP automatically fills a Presidential office vacancy until the next annual election.
- Provide ability of Board to appoint maximum of two voting advisors who bring unique, required skills to the Board who may or may not be MH members.

ARTICLE IV. Officers: Duties and Election
Section I. OFFICERS: DUTIES & ELECTION – Administrative Body/Officers/Executive Committee
- In the event the office of the President becomes vacant, the Vice President shall assume the duties of President while retaining the responsibility of the office of Vice President for the unexpired portion of those terms or until the board appoints a new president.
ARTICLE VI. Board of Directors
Section VIII. BOARD OF DIRECTORS – Composition
- No more than two members of the Board of Directors may be voting members who bring professional experience and previous experience serving on other Boards. They will submit a written resume and the Board must agree the non-member offers value added skills to grow the MHHC organization before becoming a member of the MHHC Board of Directors, they shall be referred to as “Advisors” to the Board.
